1. About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to coaching services provided by Inês Santos Coaching. By booking a session or package, you agree to these terms.
2. Coaching is not therapy
Coaching is a future-focused, goal-oriented process. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or mental health care, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or severe distress, please contact a qualified professional. In Portugal: SOS Voz Amiga — 213 544 545.
3. Services and prices
The coaching packages, session formats and prices are described on the Services page. All prices are in euros. Packages can be paid in full or via the monthly payment plans shown. [CONFIRM: payment method — bank transfer / MB Way / invoice details.]
4. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation
Every coaching relationship starts with a free, non-binding discovery call. Booked sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to [24/48] hours in advance. Sessions cancelled later than that, or missed without notice, may be counted as held. [CONFIRM with Inês.]
5. Client responsibility
Coaching results depend substantially on your own commitment and actions. You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions and results. Nothing in coaching constitutes medical, legal or financial advice.
6. Confidentiality
All session content is confidential as described in our Política de Privacidade.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website and all coaching materials (worksheets, guides, the “5-Minute Daily Reset”, session notes) are the property of Inês Santos Coaching and are for your personal use only. Please don’t redistribute or resell them.
8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services purchased online. If you ask for coaching to begin within those 14 days, you agree that the right of withdrawal lapses for sessions already delivered, and any refund will be proportional to the services not yet provided.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
