Privacy & Cookie Policy

1. Who we are
This website, inessantoscoaching.com, is operated by Inês Santos Coaching (“we”, “us”). Contact: inessantoscoaching@gmail.com. [OPTIONAL: full legal name and registered address.]
2. What data we collect and why
Contact form & e-mail. When you send a message or request a discovery call, we collect your name, e-mail address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to you and to schedule and deliver coaching services. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Newsletter & free resources. If you sign up to receive the “5-Minute Daily Reset” or our newsletter, we collect your e-mail address and process it via MailerLite (MailerLite Inc.), our e-mail service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Technical data. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically processes technical information such as IP address, browser type and access times in server logs, for security and operation of the website.
3. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies (for example, for caching and performance) and — where you consent — functional cookies. You can adjust your preferences at any time via the cookie banner, and you can delete cookies in your browser settings. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run this website and our communications: Hostinger (hosting, EU data centres), MailerLite (e-mail marketing), and Google Fonts (font delivery). We do not sell personal data. Where providers process data outside the EU/EEA, they do so under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep data
Enquiry e-mails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Coaching-related records are kept for the duration of our work together and any legally required retention periods.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, e-mail us at inessantoscoaching@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).
7. Confidentiality in coaching
Everything you share in coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
